If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that any product returned for reasons of ‘Customer Error’ will incur a processing charge of 25%.

Returning A Product

You can request a return via phone on 01344 266530. Once you have requested your return, you will be provided with a returns (RMA) number. If you are returning a product(s) that you ordered in error, you can return this immediately to the address below (you need to pre-pay postage and a processing charge will apply).

If the product is faulty, we will arrange collection once the returns form has been processed, and no processing charge will be payable Emolice. Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging, packed securely and clearly labelled. Please ensure the returns number is clearly visible on the outside of your packaging and clearly marked with the below returns address:

For terms and conditions, please see Section 12 of the ‘Cancellations and Returns’ in our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).


Emolice is not able to accept the following as returns:

Software, calibrated products, non-standard products and specially manufactured products.

In addition, Emolice will not accept returned ESD sensitive devices where the integrity of the original Emolice ESD shielding packaging has been compromised.
